Luxury Goods Authentication Fees
Our reputation for quality and authenticity is our priority and all items purchased through Studio61 Boutique and Preloved Clothing Online are 100% authentic. We have partnered with Entrupy, a solution for authenticating luxury products powered by artificial intelligence.
If you wish to consign luxury brands with us including Gucci, Prada, Saint Laurent and Dior, and you cannot provide authenticity documents, there will be a $60 charge to authenticate your item(s) in-house using Entrupy. We deduct this fee from your payout when your item sells.
If you wish to consign Chanel with us and you cannot provide authenticity documents, there will be a $100 charge to authenticate your item(s) in-house using Entrupy. We deduct this fee from your payout when your item sells.
If you wish to consign Hermès with us and you cannot provide authenticity documents, there will be a $200 charge to authenticate your item(s) in-house using Entrupy. We deduct this fee from your payout when your item sells.
If you wish to collect your item(s) before being sold, we will charge the fees listed above for the cost of obtaining the Entrupy authenticity certificate which can stay with your item.
Cleaning & Restoration
Additional cleaning, repairs or restoration required to bring items to a saleable standard will be charged to the consignor and the fee deducted from your payout. Cleaning fees range from $20 to $100. Any larger repair fees will be agreed upon with you prior to the sale of your items.
