Took my Chanel maxi flap in to Studio61 to get it authenticated and it was such a nice experience. They were so careful with the bag and so lovely to talk to. They explained the whole process in detail, checked it over and ran the authentication. Easy, no fuss, and I left feeling really looked after. Would definitely go back. The system kept asking for extra photos, but Bridget and Clare were patient and reassuring the whole way through. The owner Bridget was actually on holiday that day, yet she still came in to help me, and even called me the night before to walk me through the details. Q29 May 2026I came in today for an authentication service for my Louis Vuitton bag and was greeted with warm smiles from the moment I arrived. I left with much more than just the certificate. Bridget was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and generous with her time. She shared a lot of helpful information that will genuinely assist me with other projects going forward. The whole experience felt welcoming, professional, and authentic. It’s rare to come across customer service that feels this genuine. Highly recommend Studio61 Boutique to anyone. Without given her notice ahead, which I should, I have bring in much less items than the list of items I asked her to quote on, Bridget has show her understanding and respected my interest. She was clear with her communication, and explained how her business operate professionally, her shop is fully insured, and safe with cameras, I trust my bags will sell well with Bridget.Posted on Google

I’ve also picked up gorgeous gifts for family and friends – everything is in such amazing condition that it’s ready to wrap. Now they’re hooked too! The people here make the experience – warm, witty, and always helpful. Bridget has a gift for spotting what works for you. Some of my favourite treasures – Marimekko sneakers, a Dinosaur Designs pendant, and beautiful earrings – all came from here. I have been a fan since Studio 61 first opened its doors and have not been to the shop without buying something fabulous. The prices are great value for the quality. Judy22 June 2025This boutique is simply fabulous! The beautifully curated pieces for sale are georgeous, in excellent condition, and very reasonably priced. I dashed in two days before a special event and was looked after by the warm, funny, and extremely helpful Adrienne who chose a great top for me to go with some Carla Zampatti pants I had previously bought there. I also purchased a divine jacket. The ladies operating this business are very special, and they choose wonderful items for sale. Every experience I have had here has been utterly delightful!
